Basically, having a ‘system’ to achieve goals is the next step for someone to complete a project type more than once. An example of this: the web designers who have completed 10-20 sites each year has a system, the programmers who work on large projects & comply with the ‘system’ they work.
If you do not have a system, it is time to think approximately SEO as a system of activities & effective process for generating targeted traffic (targeted traffic) to your website from search engines.
A system called effective if the system can assist you meet the target every time you undergo a similar project (not the same – there has never been the same project).
And as described earlier, focused on the work of the most effective & remain effective in the long term, not the easiest or the cheapest, or the fastest, or who spelled by Google (and other search engines).
Do what works now & later.
Create a Priority
If you already have a basic system to perform various SEO activities, prioritize & determine which tasks should be done first would be easier.
Just as in real life, in SEO there are moreover a number of activities that need a little time & effort yet have a major impact on search engine rankings. Remember the 80-20 rule (Pareto law)? This is moreover true in SEO, & this certainly makes our lives so much easier as SEO‘ers.
The tasks are the most important SEO takes approximately 15-25% of the SEO project life cycle, & donate effect to the results of 70-85%. For example:
Optimizing the Title tags on your blog only takes less than 2 minutes, yet the results are very clear on how the blog pages appear in search engines.
Pay a directory listing (directory submissions) on Yahoo took 5 minutes, yet the link that you pay is more valuable than to submit to 100 free directories that have been dying bombarded spam.
Ask yourself how significant you are doing before you do it, that is the basis of priority. Make the ‘ask yourself’ is a habit, because then you save a lot of time & makes you more focused on things that are more significant in SEO.
Ranked NOT Everything!
In fact, the overflow traffic (because it occupies pages 1 or position # 1) of the results of SEO is useless if you do not have a way to capitalize on the traffic. It’s a fact.
If you have any specific goals for your website, you moreover will have a clear picture of your target audience & what they should do (action) when they visit your website.
Perhaps this action in the form of registration (signup), sales, clicks on the ads, Feed / RSS subscription, etc..
If your site does not do the ‘job’, then all traffic rankings & obtain wasted.
In conclusion; Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is something tremendous if it works, yet you moreover have to know how to take advantage of the traffic as possible.
